Project details
Some projects demand more than standard solutions — they require imagination, precision, and the willingness to respect what already makes a home special.
This Beaumaris project is a perfect example. The clients loved their established tree, but they also wanted a functional outdoor living area that would expand the way they could use their home. Most builders would have seen a problem. Trevor saw an opportunity.
Here’s the start of the project:

Trevor’s background in carpentry, cabinetmaking, and building came together here. Instead of forcing a compromise, he crafted a design that celebrated the tree while creating a striking, weather-proof deck built to last. Sections were pre-cut and prepared offsite for accuracy, then carefully joined on site with seamless detail. The result was a conversation piece — a deck unlike any other, designed for living, gathering, and showing what’s possible when skill meets vision.
A snapshot of the progress:

This isn’t a run-of-the-mill renovation. It’s a luxury-level outdoor feature that required confidence and mastery in execution — the kind of project that adds value not just to a property, but to the way a family lives in it.
How it looks completed:

For Mornington Peninsula homeowners in premium suburbs such as Portsea, Sorrento, or Flinders, this type of bespoke solution shows what’s possible when you want more than an “off-the-shelf” renovation. Trevor brings the experience and creativity to make ideas like these practical, durable, and beautiful — projects other builders might not want to touch, but that TimberTegrity can make sing.
