Timber Tegrity was recommended to us 5 years ago. Since then we have used the company for several substantial renovations externally and internally on our house. We have also highly recommended him to our friends many times.

If I had to choose just one word to describe Trevor Madsen (the man behind TimberTegrity) it would be integrity. Trev is a plain speaking, straight talking builder who will tell you what will and won’t work. What we like the most is that from the outset he gives you a detailed quote for everything so you know to the last detail what’s what. If there are any unexpected deviations he will tell you and work with your budget without cutting corners.

Having used him for multiple projects we have learnt that we can trust him implicitly. He is always one step ahead and all of our projects have been finished in a timely manner. The site has always been tidied up at the end of the day and our living space been made usable.

We had a huge kitchen renovation in the winter months and, whilst there was disruption, it was planned by Trev such that it was minimal and the kitchen still usable to the last minute. We’ve experienced the full range of Timber Tegrity’s services, demolition, rubbish removal, planning, building, painting, plumbing and carpentry and have been really, really happy with everything. He clearly has great relationships with his suppliers and contractors.

Working with Trev is always rewarding because he constantly goes above and beyond and keeps his word, a rarity in the construction industry.

We were put in contact with Trevor of TimberTegrity by our architect. From our very first meeting, we knew we were going to be in good hands. Trevor was prepared to listen to what it was that we actually wanted to do and we always felt confident in our dealings with Trevor. We had no unexpected delays or issues. Everything was on time, on budget and done with great care. We always knew what was happening, how it would happen and if there were any decisions that needed to be made, we were always provided with a set of options that we felt added to the build. The team at TimberTegrity were definitely on the same wave length with what we were looking to do.

It’s a big decision, both financially and emotionally, to take on projects of this size, but through the efforts of Trevor and TimberTegrity, it is something that we now look back on and ask why we didn’t do it earlier. We have no hesitation whatsoever recommending the team at TimberTegrity to any anybody looking to build their dream home.

Trevor was able to work around my tight budget (even offering tips here and there to ensure budget is intact), to renovate my kitchen, add a 4th bedroom extension, renovate my bathroom and replace my leaky roof.

Trades are sourced by word of mouth, and Trevor has provided several valuable contacts for me.

He managed to identify and fix a leaky storm water drain, which a plumber from a well advertised plumbing company was previously unable to do.

Trevor carried out house inspection for two of my children and they were very happy with the outcomes.

We realise that much of the work you have undertaken is not easily observable to passers-by, however, it is important to us to know that the quality of the work is first class and has strengthened our roofing as well as improving its functionality and presentation.
